At SplitX, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all participants. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and organizers. We believe in fostering an atmosphere of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
Expected Behavior:
Treat everyone with respect, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, ethnicity, religion, or any other characteristic.
Engage in open, considerate, and respectful communication.
Follow event rules and instructions from event staff.
Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the event.
Unacceptable Behavior:
Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
Disruption of talks, presentations, or other parts of the event.
Sharing or disclosing any confidential or proprietary information without permission.
Photo and Contact Sharing Consent:
By attending SplitX Summit, you agree that photos and videos will be taken during the event and may be shared publicly in event materials, on social media, and in other promotional content.
Additionally, by attending, you agree that your contact information may be shared with event sponsors, who may provide relevant updates, offers, and information related to the event and their services.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior:
Participants asked to stop any unacceptable behavior are expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender, expelling them from the event without a refund, or involving local authorities.
